We are a small boutique hotel. At Oceanic we want you too feel home but amidst all the comforts of a luxury hotel. Our neighborhood is in the heart of tropical Goa close to serene beaches. Both Palolem and Patnem are Goa's most beautiful and idyllic beaches, set on the southern coastline of Goa amidst outstanding natural beauty. Our staff is always ready to welcome you and make your stay the most pleasant and relaxing.
CANCELLATION POLICY-
Free Cancellation 45 days prior to the date of arrival/reservation.
Any cancellation received within 45 days prior to arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of the booking value.
Any cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival date will incur 100% charge of the booking amount.
Failure to arrive at the hotel/property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given or 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
